Workforce Solutions East Texas provides financial assistance for child care to over 3,500 families in the 14 counties of East Texas Area - Anderson, Camp, Cherokee, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Marion, Panola, Rains, Rusk, Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood.
Child care assistance helps many parents keep their jobs as they work to improve their lives and the lives of their children. Child care assistance is limited and not everyone who qualifies for child care assistance will be able to get it right away. Frequently, we have to place families on a wait list. We encourage you to place your name on the wait list and at the same time seek other resources for low cost child care.
